And, unfortunately, I still think he'll win. It's fairly frustrating that perceived "momentum" and "optics" drive so much voting. How about some thoughtful discussion, please?
Hi, Anne: Am wondering what you thought of the French/English language debates. Which Canadian social trends have enabled Stephen Harper to take such a commanding lead in the polls? What factors are converging in people's minds besides "Anybody-But-the-Corrupt-Liberals"? Are we witnessing a partial "death of humanism" in Canada, something that Joost, your blogging teammate, recently posted?
